Cream Cheese Stuffed Carrot Cookies

These Cream Cheese Stuffed Carrot Cookies are simply irresistible! With our Hey SHUGA!  and the fresh ingredients these cookies are perfectly chewy, tender and soft. We just can’t get over how delicious they are.

For a special touch, we added The Cream Cheese Frosting that makes them a original, and scrumptious Carrot Cookies Sandwich, perfect for breakfast with a glass of milk or fresh juice.

Carrot Cookies
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of flour
  • ½ cup oat
  • ½ cup Hey SHUGA!
  • 50g butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup grated carrot
  • ½ cup raisins and / or plums
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients until the mixture is fluffy.
  2. Place the mixture in a greased plate or a sheet of silicone to a distance of 2 inches.
  3. Bake at 325 ° F for 15-18 minutes.
  4. Remove cookies and let cool.

Cream Cheese Frosting
 
Ingredients
  • ½ bars cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Hey SHUGA!
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a bowl of a mixer, whip the cream cheese.
  2. Add vanilla and Hey SHUGA!
  3. Whip until smooth and very fluffy.
