To make hot chocolate we recommend warming up the milk and melting chocolate chips in it. You can add as much or as little as you want and gage it by taste. Using semi-sweet chocolate chips will give you a richer result and you can sweeten it with a touch of any of our SHUGA!s

Chocolate Truffle Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Simply Cane SHUGA! Mocha
  1. Pour the refrigerated heavy cream into a chilled bowl (not warm).
  2. With a mixer whip the cream on medium speed until it begins to thicken slightly.
  3. Add the Simply Cane and keep whipping the cream on medium-high speed until it holds soft peaks. Use right away.
