Chocolate Graveyard Cupcakes

Chocolate Graveyard Cupcakes
  • ⅔ cup of unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup Hey SHUGA!
  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup oil
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ⅔ cup water
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients, cocoa, sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda.
  3. Slowly add Hey SHUGA!, oil, milk and eggs.
  4. Bring water to boil and pour to the mix at low speed.
  5. Fill the cupcakes mold and bake for 15 to 20 min.
  6. Let it cool in a wire rack.

For The Chocolate Grave
  • 1 bag of Hershey's Chocolate Chips
  1. Put chocolate chips in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. Remove and stir until completely melted.
  3. Fill the molds with a spoon and place them in the refrigerator until chocolate hardens. Save a little of melted the chocolate for later.

To Assemble The Cupcakes
  • Melted chocolate
  • Sprinkles or chocolate oreos
  1. Drizzle the cupcakes with the melted chocolate you saved.
  2. Cover the cupcakes with chocolate sprinkles or crushed oreos.
  3. Place the chocolate grave on top of the cupcakes.
