Nothing taste more like the holiday season than a piece of this heavenly Fruit Cake made with plums, dried fruit, walnuts, and candied fruit.

Ingredients
- 1 bar of butter
- ¾ cup Hey SHUGA!
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon pineapple juice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup plum
- ½ cup candied fruit
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 ° F.
- Beat butter until smooth and add SHUGA! until completely combined.
- The eggs one by one as still beating.Add pineapple juice.
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cinnamon,nutmeg and salt.
- Add the mixture to the dry ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
- Add with a spatula in the grated carrot, nuts, raisins, candied fruit and chopped plums and pour it onto a round pan.
- Bake 35-45 minutes.
- Garnish with candied fruit, plums and/or sugar powder.
