Fruit Cake

Nothing taste more like the holiday season than a piece of this heavenly Fruit Cake made with plums, dried fruit, walnuts, and candied fruit.

Fruit Cake
  • 1 bar of butter
  • ¾ cup Hey SHUGA!
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon pineapple juice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 medium carrots, grated
  • ¾ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup plum
  • ½ cup candied fruit
  1. Preheat oven to 350 ° F.
  2. Beat butter until smooth and add SHUGA! until completely combined.
  3. The eggs one by one as still beating.Add pineapple juice.
  4. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cinnamon,nutmeg and salt.
  5. Add the mixture to the dry ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
  6. Add with a spatula in the grated carrot, nuts, raisins, candied fruit and chopped plums and pour it onto a round pan.
  7. Bake 35-45 minutes.
  8. Garnish with candied fruit, plums and/or sugar powder.
