Ingredients
- 1000 g Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 18 g Salt
- 300 g Water, at room temperature
- 30 g Instant yeast
- 100 g Hey SHUGA!
- 170 g Unsalted Soft Butter
- 224 g Eggs
- Milk for painting the bread
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in the same order.
- Mix or knead at high speed to develop gluten.
- Let the dough covered to rest for 10 minutes.
- Turn into balls of 40 g each and place in a same round mold.
- Wait for the dough to ferment and rise (up to twice its size).
- Paint with a brush with abundant milk and decorate to taste with moistened sugar for that final touch.
