SHUGA! Brioche

Brioche is a type of sweet, light and fluffy bread of French origin. It is ideal to use as a base for cakes and other desserts, to serve as a side dish to complement any meal, or in the morning with some delicious coffee. SHUGA! Brioche
  • 1000 g Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 18 g Salt
  • 300 g Water, at room temperature
  • 30 g Instant yeast
  • 100 g Hey SHUGA!
  • 170 g Unsalted Soft Butter
  • 224 g Eggs
  • Milk for painting the bread
  1. Add all ingredients in the same order.
  2. Mix or knead at high speed to develop gluten.
  3. Let the dough covered to rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Turn into balls of 40 g each and place in a same round mold.
  5. Wait for the dough to ferment and rise (up to twice its size).
  6. Paint with a brush with abundant milk and decorate to taste with moistened sugar for that final touch.
  7. Bake 15-18 minutes at 350 ° F
