We are welcoming March with a light and refreshing Strawberry Chia Yogurt Parfait. Bringing together some of our favorite ingredients that are packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber and all kinds of health-boosting nutrients that you and your family needs.
Lil’ SHUGA! has ½ the calories of regular sugar so this delightful parfait is also less in calories.

1 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons Lil’ SHUGA!
3/4 cup granola
½ cup strawberries
½ cup chia seeds
1. Slice the strawberries
- 1 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Lil’ SHUGA!
- ¾ cup granola
- ½ cup strawberries
- ½ cup chia seeds
- Slice the strawberries.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, strawberries, chia seeds and Lil' SHUGA!
- In a serving bowl or cup, place a small amount of yogurt mix on the bottom. Then, add strawberries, granola and chia seeds.
