SHUGA! Summer Cheesecake
For the Cheesecake
  • ?4 bars of cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup SHUGA!
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • Seasonal fresh or canned fruit for topping
For the Crust
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • ?3/4 cup crushed nuts
  • ?1 / 2 bar melted butter
  1. Mix the crust ingredients and place them on the bottom of a pie pan by pressing with your fingers (use a 9-inch diameter pan)
  2. Bake the crust for 5-8 min at 350ºC
  3. Add the cheesecake ingredients in the same order and beat at medium speed until the mixture looks creamy.
  4. Place the cheesecake mix over the crust and bake 30-40 min at 350ºC
  5. Allow to cool completely.
  6. Garnish with the fruit on top and reserve in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  7. For a refreshing summer twist you can also add some frozen fruit!
