Hey SHUGA! banana and orange smoothie

How is your week going SHUGAs?  Today we have a quick recipe idea for those who don’t have a lot of time in their hands to make a full breakfast. We have to remember that all meals are very important, but breakfast is the fuel that your body is going to use during the first hours of the day.

Smoothies are a great alternative because in one glass you can pack a bunch of vitamins, fiber, and nutrients. You can chop ahead all ingredients, storage them in the fridge, and save a little time in the morning. Let’s make our breakfast a great one, so that we can start the day with all the strength our body and mind need!

All you will need is:

1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt

1 cup fresh orange juice

1 banana

1 teaspoon Hey SHUGA

Blend all together and enjoy : )
