Mango Ginger Glazed Ham

We are so excited for the holiday season that we can’t stop cooking! Check out this delicious Mango Ginger Glazed Ham recipe made the SHUGA way!

All you will need is:

1 large mango, small diced
2 tablespoons Hey SHUGA!
2 teaspoons ginger, grated
1 boneless ham (about 2 lbs)
In a small saucepan place mango, ginger, and Hey SHUGA!
Cook the mango mixture down on medium high heat steering regularly.
Use fork or spatula to puree the mango as it gets soft.
Once all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture has reduced, remove from the heat.
Cover ham with this mixture and place it on a baking pan.
Tightly cover the baking pan with aluminum foil or a lid bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven (about 30 minutes per pound), or
until the internal temperature of the ham has reached 160 degrees F.
Remove the lid and caramelize the reminder of the mango ginger jam under
the broiler for a few minutes before serving remove the mango ginger glaze from the pan and serve
on the side ready to enjoy!.
