These Homemade Glazed Salmon Sandwiches can easily become part of your weekday lunch or dinner lineup. In this recipe our Hey SHUGA! naturally enhances the flavor of the salmon and gives it an amazingly sweet glaze making the sandwich an irresistible meal and an office favorite.

To recreate this sandwich, simply grab whole wheat bread, tomatoes, cream cheese, arugula and the Hey SHUGA! Glazed Salmon.

SHUGA! Glazed Salmon Sandwich
  • 12 oz salmon
  • Black Pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Hey SHUGA!
  • 1½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar or lemon
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon warm water
  1. Season the salmon with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
  2. Mix Hey SHUGA!, water, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt together. Stir to combine well.
  3. Heat up a skillet with the unsalted butter. Pan-fry the salmon until half done.
  4. Add the Hey SHUGA! The mixture and lemon into the skillet, and boil for 1 minute.
