SHUGA Kale and Cranberry salad

So let’s be real, we all absolutely love our sweets, but because we want to be healthier this year in honor to our New Year resolutions we need to make some agreements to our alimentation.

Salads are a great way to accomplish that goal, the great thing about this dish is that you can get creative and incorporate all the vegetables, fruits, cooked meat or grains you love,  mixed with a sauce or salad dressing you can have a complete meal that can be served at any time of the day.

For this simple and quick salad you will only need:

 

1 cup of fresh cranberries
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Hey SHUGA
1 bunch kale
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

 

DIRECTIONS:

Heat in a saucepan cranberries, red wine vinegar and Hey SHUGA, stir to combine.

In a large bowl, toss the kale with olive oil and an extra pinch of salt, and massage kale with your fingers until tender. Add in the cranberry and almonds, and toss to combine. Be creative and add any other ingredient you like.
