Although we all know everyday should be a day to honor our moms, during, Mother’s Day we do like to take it up a notch. This is why we have created another sweet recipe fit for the queen of the house. These cute appetizers look fancy but are so easy to make. All you will need is apples, cheese, bacon and SHUGA!
So simple!
What we like best about this recipe is the use of apple slices as “crackers”. The apple is so crunchy that you get the same texture effect combination and it is a much better choice for you.
We prefer to use green apples as they usually are a bit tart and go so well with creamy cheddar and savory bacon for sure. But of course,…. you will need to give it a sweet finishing touch with the SHUGA of your choice.
- Green apples
- Cheddar cheese
- Cooked bacon
- Hey or Lil' SHUGA!
- Cut green apples into thin slices.
- Do the same with the cheddar.
- Cut bite size pieces of bacon.
- Assemble by placing the apple and topping it with the cheese and then the bacon.
- Finish with a drizzle of SHUGA!
